The check-in experience felt like a circus act with repetitive questions about transfers!!! Also, getting printed tickets turned into a frustrating scavenger hunt because of unmonitored email accounts!!!

The location is excellent, close to a big mall and parks, making it easy to explore the area. However, the check-in process was quite confusing, and I had to answer the same questions about airport transfers multiple times. Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed the Club Lounge and connected over drinks while relaxing. Also loved the location, just a walk away from shops and local eats. The restaurant's open kitchen was a fun touch too!

The ride to the airport was a bit shaky and made me feel unwell, which was unfortunate. Thought the drivers could use a refresher on smoother driving.
